December’s Holiday Meeting

Good morning all. As we quickly approach Christmas / Hanukkah celebrations, we look forward to our annual Holiday gathering. Please review the final Blotter for 2019, which includes all info, in regards to this years Holiday gathering, which will promptly commence after a brief General Membership Meeting.
Its all happening on Tuesday, December 3rd, 2019, 7:00 PM sharp. We strongly recommend,  arriving to the Moose Lodge, at least 15 min. earlier, so we are all ready by 7 PM. Also, bring cash. There is a $10.00 cost for the hot meal being provided at our Christmas gathering. NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

October’s general meeting

Our next meeting starts at 7pm on Tuesday, October 1st. The meeting will be at the MOOSE LODGE FAMILY Center located at 6191 Rock Island Road, Tamarac. Show up early to eat and schmooze with other club members.
The three (3) speakers/sponsors will be Dignity Memorial Funeral & Burial service, Garden Plaza @ Inverrary Senior Living residence and one of our physician friends.

September Monthly Meeting

Hello to all and we hope you had a wonderful summer. As of today, we are scheduled to hold our September meeting on Tuesday, September 3, 2019 at 7p at the Moose Lodge, 6191 Rock Island Rd., Tamarac 33319.

However, in light of the impending hurricane we may have to postpone the meeting to a different date. A new post and an email will be sent out if the date changes.

2019 Saint Patrick’s Day Parade in Fort Lauderdale

Please come out and join us to show your NYPD pride and March with us in the Fort Lauderdale Saint Patrick’s Day Parade which is this Saturday, March 16. We will all assemble in front of the Riverside Hotel, 620 E Las Olas Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301, at 1000hrs. All marchers will be given a Green T-shirt with the Broward 10-13 and the NYPD logo on it. Beer and corned beef sandwiches will be supplied at our tent in Huizenga Park right off Las Olas Blvd. You don’t have to be Irish to participate and have fun.
